The other day, someone asked me, "Does Proactiv Expire?"
(I know! I get a lot of questions. You should see my Inbox. Lol)
Proactiv actually does and can expire!
Is it okay to use Proactiv after it has expired?
Have you ever drank a glass of milk after the recommended date? If you're like me, and you've had this nasty experience, learn from it.
If you haven't had the experience, I don't recommend attempting it on your face!
The date is on the bottom of each bottle for a reason, people! Don't use it after the recommended date.
Why Should I Toss it?
According to ChaCha answers, using an expired bottle of Proactiv "may not work." So again, people, the simple answer is not to use it! Get a new bottle or set, and move on with life.

darn it. I've got lots of proactive boxes. No wonder it wasn't working as well as I thought it would...ugh this sucksss
thanks!
I used mine expired by 4 months and it still worked?
I have a box from '07...glad I checked myself before I wrecked myself.
I used mine tonight and it was 3 years old...FML!!
I've been using my proactive and it's a year and a half after the expiration date and it's working perfect. So I guess it's really all about how it was stored.
how can you tell the dates? I have some with a code on the side of the box but can't figure it out. I threw away the original pack box and it was a present so I don't know how long the other person had it / bought it..
