Does Proactiv cure acne?
One negative to Proactiv and any other product for that matter, is the fact that it doesn't actually cure your acne problems.
This means that you have to constantly and consistently use the product for continual clear skin results.
How do you know when to stop using a product?
- You'd have to stop using topical and oral treatments.
- See if new spots appear.
Many people ask me, "Once my skin is clear, how am I supposed to know when I can stop using Proactiv, or any other product?"
If your acne eventually does go away on its own, you likely won't notice the difference, since your treatment has kept you clear for so long. The only way to tell is by quitting your treatment, and seeing if any new spots appear in the coming weeks.
In my opinion, the acne industry is one big scam!
- Even if there were a cure, it'd go unsaid.
- The acne industry is a big business that must be kept alive!
Although there isn't a said cure, you'd have to believe that even if there was, it'd go unsaid. You really have to understand that this industry is massive, and without it, hundreds of thousands of people would be out of a job.

Proactiv will NOT clear cure your acne. However, as long as you're using the product, and as long as it's working for you, it will keep your skin pretty clear.
