The following post is a guest post!

People who have acne problems really should consider taking echinacea. This is a natural acne supplement which can be used to cure your problems without having to take any prescription medications. After reading this, be sure to checkout my home acne treatment post as well, for other home remedies.

What does Echinacea do?

  • Builds immune system.
  • Prevents flu, cold, and other sicknesses.
  • Antibacterial solution which helps acne.

Echinacea helps with building up the immune system and enchance your system so it's stronger against the flu and colds. Not only does it do that, but it has a certain type of antibacterial in it that can help with curing acne.

The antibacterial in the supplement is so strong that within just a few weeks your face might be cleared from taking it.

Mixing Supplements

  • Echinacea + Goldenseal
  • Goldenseal treats skin disorders.

They have also mixed Echinacea with Goldenseal which is another great herb. Goldenseal Echinacea will treat skin disorders and other things while building up your respiratory system to be strong. If you have severe acne issues, you should consider talking with your doctor aboutthis supplement, as well.

It doesn't matter what kind of echinacea you decide to take. You will find that either supplement I listed above will work quite well.

Most people usually get either the lotion, ointment, cream, tinctures or the capsules while using echinacea. It doesn't matter if you want to apply it on your skin or take the capsule.

Either way, it works great, and can help you with your acne. Results don't happen right away, so it's really important for you to follow the directions and stay with it.

Always be sure to check with your doctor if you're worried about anything.

In my experience, echinacea + proactiv is actually pretty beneficial. Even more beneficial is drinking 8 glasses of water a day, along with using Proactiv. :)
