If you are wanting to eat apples to help with your acne problems, you should never take the skin off. Peeling the skin from the apple would defeat its purpose. You should always eat the apple whole with the skin.

If you don't like having raw apples, you can cook them and sprinkle cinnamon on top to help with the flavor. There are many apple recipes available as well, but it is still better to eat them raw.

It's always best to try and heal acne problems the natural way, if that's at all possible. If you can find a natural way, stick with it. If not, then move onto a treatment. Remember, sometimes you will have to do a couple of different things to figure out what works best for you.
